Our advice includes the analysis and strategic planning of water use rights, including their full processing before the DGA.
We advise our clients on matters related to the use, management and protection of water resources, accompanying them in contentious, regulatory and transactional matters related to water use rights and their exercise.
Our practice includes the constitution, regularization, transfer and due diligence of water rights, as well as their defense in conflicts over availability, collection, distribution, easements, hydraulic works and relationships with third parties. We also intervene in proceedings before the General Water Directorate and other competent authorities, in addition to judicial and administrative disputes associated with the use of the resource.
We work on these subjects with a view that combines regulatory knowledge, territorial understanding and attention to the operational needs of each project or activity.
