Our practice includes preparing submissions and defenses before authorities, challenging administrative acts, appeals, sanctioning procedures, audits, requests for pronouncements and complaints in matters where the decision of the authority may have a significant impact on an economic activity, a project or an operation. We also intervene in matters related to public procurement, permits, concessions and the exercise of regulatory and supervisory powers.
We approach these issues with a combination of legal analysis, institutional knowledge and strategy, seeking to protect the client's position in scenarios of high regulatory requirements.
