Agustina Venegas Stagnaro
Associate Attorney
Agustina is a member of the Claussen & Velasco litigation team. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, both before ordinary and higher courts of justice, and on national arbitration, with a special focus on construction, mining and contractual disputes. In addition, he advises our clients on extrajudicial negotiations, especially on conflict resolution mechanisms and strategies for the prevention or containment of disputes.
