
Cristián Claussen Sanger
Cristián is the Legal Director of Claussen & Velasco. His practice focuses on the conduct of highly complex litigation before ordinary and arbitral courts, both at the national and international levels, with an emphasis on disputes related to large scale mining, construction and infrastructure projects. He has a solid background in Environmental Law, Natural Resources, Mining, Construction and Urban Planning, with studies in Chile and at the University of Melbourne in Australia, which allows him to advise our clients on the development of megaprojects, both in the negotiation of contracts and in obtaining environmental permits. Among its main strengths are its technical versatility, its rigorous and multidisciplinary approach, and its ability to lead legal teams in highly complex scenarios.
