Felipe is a lawyer with an outstanding track record in Corporate and Tax Law, as well as in the development of large businesses. His experience as director and manager of companies in areas such as technology, construction, mining, foreign trade and real estate has given him a comprehensive view of the business environment, making him a reference in legal advice for strategic decision-making.

He studied a Master's Degree in Tax Management and Management at the Adolfo Ibáñez University and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management at FECEA, Barcelona. This training has allowed him to integrate his legal knowledge with a clear vision of corporate and financial functioning, facilitating the structuring and execution of complex businesses and high-impact projects.

He currently serves as director at Extend Comunicaciones S.A., Biotech (Copptech) and at Compañía Minera Pampa Camarones SpA. In addition, he is the founder of Cyclandes, a technological innovation company for mining.
