José Antonio Sánchez Inostroza
Associate Attorney
José Antonio is a lawyer in the Claussen & Velasco Litigation team, with a practice focused on the judicial representation of our clients in civil and labor matters. He has solid experience in litigation related to contractual breaches, commercial disputes, unjustified dismissals, actions to protect fundamental rights and disputes arising from accidents or occupational diseases. In addition, she advises companies on the strategic management of labor issues, including the implementation of internal policies, risk prevention programs and regulatory compliance.
